Welcome to our new RPG Group!
From September 2026 we will be piloting this new provision for young people in school years 7-9 who live in or around Thame, in a safe and neurodivergent friendly space. It will run on Thursday evenings.
This is a 7 week programme run during term time where our young people will play the dungeons and dragons game ‘shadow dark’.
Led by volunteers experienced in the game, young people will be learn the basic rules of D and D, create their own characters, and socialise with others by working together to complete their campaign.
Session 0 - Online Teams session
Meet the group leaders, learn the basics of DND, establish boundaries. Parents are welcome to attend this session.
Sessions 1-6 - Play the Campaign at GGHQ
Young people attend the sessions at Girl Guide HQ to play the campaign under the guidance of our ‘dungeon masters’.
This group has a strict limit on numbers and places must be secured prior to the sessions starting. Complete the consent form and wait for confirmation of a space, or waiting list space.
We expect this form to open 20th July.
